What makes Vegeta different from the other three bosses?
He is the only one reachable in a first session, and the only one hidden by rendering rather than by movement. A rock off the main path has an opening that is not drawn until you are against it, so no dash or climb is needed. His Scouter drops on every kill and rolls Power, which feeds Energy.
Vegeta Secret Boss Guide
Vegeta is the secret boss of Zone 1 Alien Planet and the only one of the four that is genuinely reachable in your first session. He is hidden inside a rock whose opening does not render until you are against it, and he drops an accessory on every single kill.
Getting inside the rock
The entrance is a visibility problem rather than a movement problem. The opening is not drawn from the main path, so it reads as a solid boulder until you are standing against it, and there is no prompt, no glow and no particle effect to mark it. Players who never leave the main path simply never learn he exists.
Walk away from the route the tutorial points you along. The rock formation sits off to the side.
Get close enough that the opening renders. Circle the formation rather than staring at one face.
No dash and no jump are required, unlike Kakashi. Walking through puts you in the arena.
The Scouter roll is the point, not the fight
Every kill drops a Scouter. What varies is the rarity band it lands in, which runs from Common up to Secret. The Scouter's stat is Power, which in this game feeds Energy, and Energy is the resource every Rank gate is priced in rather than Gold. That combination — guaranteed drop, rarity ladder, Energy stat — is why the community treats him as an early farming target instead of a one-time novelty.
Accessory drop rate. Not a lottery for whether you get something, only for how good it is.
The stat the Scouter rolls. This is the same resource the Rank ladder is gated on.
The top band in the rarity ladder, above Mythical. Creature reports put the Secret roll band in the low multiples, but we could not reproduce an exact multiplier.
The rarity ladder itself is verifiable: Secret sits above Mythical, which is the tier ordering the game uses across companions and accessories alike.

Fitting him into the early routine
The efficient ordering is to redeem the developer's codes first, because the Emeralds they pay out convert into permanent multipliers, then put the first Gold into companion slots rather than weapon upgrades, and only then walk out to the rock. A Secret Scouter on an account with three companions is worth far more than the same Scouter on an account with one.
After that, Vegeta is a stop you make whenever you have a spare minute rather than a destination. The kill is quick, the drop is guaranteed, and the only thing you are hunting is a higher band.
Watch the four secret boss entrances
The rock entrance is easier to recognise than to read about. The recording below covers all four secret boss locations across the first four zones.

- · Vegeta's health total. Not shown on any panel we could read, and not published.
- · An exact enrage threshold or defensive bonus. Described qualitatively, no percentage invented.
- · The Secret-tier Scouter's exact multiplier. Only its position above Mythical is verified.
- · A drop panel image. Unlike Levi, Kakashi and Meliodas, we have no verified capture for him, so the promotional art above is labelled as promotional art.
